How we work together

Following an initial discovery call, I will prepare a document detailing how I propose to work together.

 

This will be in the form of a series of one-to-one coaching/mentoring sessions: 

  • Each session will last between one and two hours.
  • The number of sessions will vary initially between 3 and 10.
  • The sessions will be scheduled to suit you and allow you time for actions.
  • Each session will be focused on what helps you most at that point.
  • The structure of each session and the coaching tools used will be adapted to the issues you wish to deal with.
